4 ripe bananas (if they are not ripe, place them in the microwave for about 15 seconds) 1/3 cup melted butter 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1.5 cups flour 2 cups chopped walnuts Steps 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Combine all ingredients except for 1 of the bananas and a half cup of the walnuts 3. After mixing, place in a bread tin and slice the last banana vertically and lay on top of the bread 4. Sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top 5. Bake for about 30 minutes
