Brownie 10 tablespoons butter 1 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 1/2 cup flour Icing 2 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 package (3.4 oz of white chocolate or any disired flavor instant pudding) 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Steps 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees 2. Make a double broiler and put the butter, sugar and cocoa powder and mix until sugar has disolved 3. Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the brownie ingredients 4. Put into a greased pan for about 25 minutes 5. In a bowl put the heavy cream and powdered sugar and whip until soft peaks form 6. Slowly mix in the vanilla and instant pudding 7. Put the icing on the brownie after it has cooled from the oven
