1 box of chicken broth 2 cups mushrooms sliced 2 stalks celery chopped 4 carrots chopped 1 onion sliced 2 chicken breasts 1 egg 1 cup flour 2 tablespoons thyme 4 bay leafs garlic salt garlic powder onion salt Steps 1. Add chicken stock, bay leaves, thyme and all veggies and whole chicken breasts into the pot 2. Cook on medium until chicken is fully cooked then shred the chicken with a fork 3. Add garlic salt, garlic powder, and onion salt to taste, and set on simmer 4. Prepare the noodles by making a well and mixing the 1 egg with 1 cup flour until a dough is formed 5. Roll out the dough and cut into strips 6. Set the pot of simmering soup to medium/high 7. Add the noddles into the pot and let cook for about 3 minutes 8. Remove from heat and enjoy!
