3 cups flour 1 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast 1.5 cups water - room temperature Steps 1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a wooden spoon until dough is formed 2. Over the dough and let it sit at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours 3. Flour a dutch oven and roll the dough into it, then cover the dough with flour 4. Bake at 450 degrees with the lid on for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for another 15-20
