Dough 2 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast 1/2 cup warm water 3/4 cup and 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 cup sour cream 3 1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup butter 2 eggs Topping 3/4 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup butter 1/2 cup chopped pecans Filling 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/3 cup melted butter Steps 1. In a bowl mix the warm water and instant yeast with 1 tablespoon sugar 2. After 7 minutes mix this in with the remaining dough ingredients 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes 4. Set the dough in a greased bowl covered with a tea towel for about an hour to rise 5. Put the brown sugar and butter for the topping in a sauce pan and mix until the brown sugar has dissolved 6. Pour into the bottom of the pan you will use for baking and sprinkle in the pecans as well 7. In a separate bowl mix the ingredients for the filling 8. Uncover the dough and roll into a rectangle 9. Dust the dough with the filling mixture being sure to cover all areas 10. Cut the dough into long strips and roll them up into a spiral 11. Place the buns into the baking pan on top of the "topping" mixture, cover with a tea towel and let rise for 45 minutes 12. Preheat the oven to 350 13. Cook the buns for about 25 - 30 minutes 14. Flip the pan upside down onto a serving platter and enjoy
