2 packages of softened cream cheese 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup canned pumpking 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon a dash of nutmeg 1 ready to use pie crust 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup heavy cream Steps 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Beat all ingredients besides pie crust, chocolate chips, and heavy cream together in a bowl 3. Pour into the pie crust and put in the oven for 45 minutes 4. In a sauce pan heat the heavy cream 5. Once it starts to boil pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and whisk together 6. Place in the fridge to set 7. Once cheesecake is cooled, scoop the chocolate ganache from the fridge into a sandwich bag, cut the corner and squeeze any fun halloween shape
