Dough 1 cup whole milk 1 tablespoon butter melted 3 eggs 2 tablespoon sugar 2 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast 4 cups flour Filling 10 tablespoon softened butter 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch Steps 1. Mix filling ingredients together and place in fridge to chill 2. Mix all dough ingredients except keep 1 egg for glaze on top 3. Knead or mix dough until tacky about 5 minutes 4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 5.Grab balls of dough and stuff them with the butter filling 6. Place them all in a pan together and brush with remaining egg 7. bake for 20 minutes
